Pre-Inspection
Before beginning the cleaning process, our team of technicians will inspect the carpet to determine if there is any potential hazards or hidden stains that may require special attention.

Furniture Moving
To ensure that we can properly clean the entire carpet, we will move furniture off of the area to be cleaned and out of our way. We use special tools and equipment to protect both your home and furniture while we move them.

Vacuuming
We use a powerful vacuum cleaner with HEPA filters to thoroughly remove any dirt, dust and debris that may be residing in the carpet. This process not only helps to keep your carpets looking clean but also helps to maintain a healthy environment in your home.

Pre-Treatment
We apply pre-treatment solutions to all carpeted areas. This helps break down and lift dirt, oils, stains, and other debris.

Steam Cleaning
We use a high-powered steam cleaner with adjustable pressure settings to deep clean the carpets and remove any residue from the pre-treatment step. Then we apply a neutralising agent that balances the pH of your carpets, leaving them feeling soft and looking clean.

Post Inspection
After the cleaning process is complete, we will inspect the carpets once more to ensure they are completely cleaned and free of any residual dirt or dust.

Grooming
We use a special carpet rake to groom your carpets after they have been steam-cleaned. This helps to restore the natural texture of the carpets, making them look and feel like new again!

Final Walk-Through
Finally, we will go over the area with you to make sure that you are completely satisfied before leaving your home. It's important to us that you are happy with our services, so we take the extra step of making sure everything is perfect before leaving.

- We move chairs, tables and smaller items at no charge. Beds, dressers, entertainment centers and heavier pieces are left in place

Customer Guarantee
- While our commitment to quality is of primary concern, our customer service is equally important. If unsatisfied with the work performed, customer has 15 days to notify Carpet Police.
- Only if multiple attempts to clean the carpet have failed, will a refund be issued. Claims made after 15 days will be considered at the discretion of Carpet Police.
- If you are a renter and are cleaning your carpets prior to termination of your renter's agreement/lease, Carpet Police is not responsible for loss of cleaning deposit.
