Noe and Juan were very knowledgeable and educated us about the proper way to clean our sofa. They immediately found the label and knew how to properly care for it. We were very happy with their work. I just wish Carpet Police implemented a system where I could easily tip our technicians. I don’t carry cash, so I was hoping I would be able to add a tip on my card, but calling into the office to process payment seems antiquated. Since we have to still live with the original carpet which was worn, stained and very dirty we decided to give it a super good cleaning. Ricardo and William were our team. They were punctual, communicated very well, respectful and did an outstanding job.  Our old, nasty, stained and worn carpeting looks almost as good as new! This recent job was no exception.  Noe and Juan, like all CP employees, showed up on time, wore a mask and booties without complaint, were patient as I asked questions and were polite and respectful of me and my home.  They were both very knowledgeable.  The carpet looked beautiful after they cleaned it, as it always does. A few days later, I noticed a spot in the hallway come back and another large brown spot appear where I didn't remember there being a spot before.  It wasn't a dog stain, since it didn't smell.  I called the office and they scheduled me promptly.  This time Alan and William came out.  Another great team to work with.  Alan pointed out that the mystery spot appeared to come from water that had leaked through the atrium window frame.  They did their magic and made the spot disappear as well as the spot in the hallway.  No charge.  They also had some suggestions on where I could find a contractor to fix the problem.  The performance of the crews at the Carpet Police are consistently excellent. The two guys who showed up did not have all the proper things for my carpet repair but since I was the last job decided to run to Ace to get glue so they could repair my carpets.
