We’ve had Carpet Police clean our Ethan Allen Sofa a couple of times, but our technicians today, Noe and Juan, were the best! Noe and Juan were very knowledgeable and educated us about the proper way to clean our sofa. They immediately found the label and knew how to properly care for it. We were very happy with their work. I just wish Carpet Police implemented a system where I could easily tip our technicians. I don’t carry cash, so I was hoping I would be able to add a tip on my card, but calling into the office to process payment seems antiquated. We moved into a new home recently and won't be able to replace the original carpeting for at least another year. Since we have to still live with the original carpet which was worn, stained and very dirty we decided to give it a super good cleaning. Ricardo and William were our team. They were punctual, communicated very well, respectful and did an outstanding job.  Our old, nasty, stained and worn carpeting looks almost as good as new! Still hate it and would love to replace it but until we can, just glad it is clean, refreshed and not an embarrassment when company comes to visit. I highly recommend this company and especially William and Ricardo. Great guys who did a great job. Very happy and won't hesitate to call Carpet Police in the future for my new carpeting. We've used the Carpet Police several times and each time we've been very happy with the results.  This recent job was no exception.  Noe and Juan, like all CP employees, showed up on time, wore a mask and booties without complaint, were patient as I asked questions and were polite and respectful of me and my home.  They were both very knowledgeable.  The carpet looked beautiful after they cleaned it, as it always does. A few days later, I noticed a spot in the hallway come back and another large brown spot appear where I didn't remember there being a spot before.  It wasn't a dog stain, since it didn't smell.  I called the office and they scheduled me promptly.  This time Alan and William came out.  Another great team to work with.  Alan pointed out that the mystery spot appeared to come from water that had leaked through the atrium window frame.  They did their magic and made the spot disappear as well as the spot in the hallway.  No charge.  They also had some suggestions on where I could find a contractor to fix the problem.  The performance of the crews at the Carpet Police are consistently excellent.  And I should give a shout out to Maddie, too, who always answers their office phone cheerfully and makes getting an appointment set up a piece of cake.  Great company all around.

Allen was here yesterday. OMGosh, he did an amazing job with our filthy carpet! Very reasonably priced. I asked our Next Door for recommendations. EVERY response was for Carpet Police. Amazing job! Went above and beyond for what originally was an upholstery work order. The two guys who showed up did not have all the proper things for my carpet repair but since I was the last job decided to run to Ace to get glue so they could repair my carpets. I had 2 holes where my cat decided to try to escape and they took care of the aesthetically unpleasant appearance. Called and they came the next day. Great guys would definitely use them again!
